C&C Catering Equipment Ltd were delighted to have raised £7,760 for Claire House Children’s Hospice at their eighties themed 30th birthday party this weekend.
With ladies following their “lady in red” theme, guests included C&C staff, the current FCSI Chairman David Bentley and four past FCSI Chairmen as well as the great and the good from across the UK’s hospitality and catering industry.

Thanks go to everyone who helped raise this fantastic contribution, which was received on the night by Abi Smith of Claire House. Special donations were received from Meiko, Hobart, Falcon, Ambach, Charvet, Dawson, Iglu, Mechline, Catering Engineers (N.W.) Ltd, DHR International, Bibby Leasing and Creation ADM. We would also like to thank Dewberry Redpoint for their media support.
Guests enjoyed a specially prepared five course dinner created for them by Welsh National Culinary Chef Graham Tinsley MBE and his team at the beautiful Carden Park Hotel in Cheshire.
Entertainment included a brilliant magician and a musical ensemble presented by “The Singing Waiters” who went down a treat, just like the dessert of bread and butter pudding with custard. The celebrations were rounded off with the band “Kill the Jukebox” who rocked the room and rumours have it that some guests partied until early on Sunday.
