"PR Redefined"

Vanessa Roesch has just arrived to bring the “French Touch” to GAP PR and Marketing.

From La Baule in France, she graduated from Université de Nantes with a degree in Foreign Languages and International Trade. Vanessa is currently studying a postgraduate diploma in International Business at Manchester Metropolitan University, which is why after having spent 6 months in Shanghai to put into practise her Chinese, she decided to cross the Channel to gain important work experience as well as improve her English.

 GAP PR and Marketing is the perfect place to work as Vanessa is very interested in marketing and in learning good working practices that make customers stand out from their competition.

 “The work that I do is a real challenge. I am learning new things everyday and it is very exciting to discover the tricks of the trade working with a wide variety of clients”, Vanessa says.

 After spending a few years in The Northern Quarter, GAP PR & Marketing has just dropped its suitcases next to Chorlton Street bus station, in Richmond House which is located between Canal Street and Piccadilly Gardens.

The GAP PR team now shares a bigger,  lighter and newly refurbished office space.

KRO2’s 3rd biannual outdoor real ale and cider festival arrives this Easter!

From Thursday 1st to Monday 5th April 2010, people can come and enjoy a free entry beer festival in the city centre’s biggest and best beer garden with over 40 Real Ales, 20 Ciders, plenty of live  music and a famous KRO bbq!

This Easter, the public also gets the chance to judge which of Kro’s bars has the best rib recipe!

GAP PR and Marketing have been appointed by KRO, one of Manchester’s best known bar and restaurant brands, to handle their PR activities.

Kro have six bars and restaurants in Greater Manchester including new locations in the Trafford Centre and Heaton Moor. They also operate a highly successful outside catering service across the UK.

Lymm has something to celebrate! The Jahan Restaurant Group has opened its doors to a new branch in Lymm.

The official opening celebration took place on Tuesday 26^th January in the new restaurant located at the heart of Lymm Village. It was packed with local businesspeople, dignitaries, regular Jahan customers and of course the team from GAP PR and Marketing.

Guests were welcomed with a champagne reception served by waitresses in traditional, elegant salwar kameez.  A delicious buffet, a stunning magician and a friendly atmosphere in the modern interior all helped to make the evening a great success and we were delighted to receive several emails from guests saying how much they had enjoyed themsleves.

GAP PR&M were responsible for the organisation of the whole event including staff, the guest list, guest invitations, booking entertainment and arranging publicity.
