Reel and Shaft Handling
The Reel & Shaft Handling Company was established in 2005 by Managing Director and Inventor, Stephen Weston. They design, develop and distribute an innovative range of reel and shaft handling machinery internationally. Based in Bury, Lancashire, their aim is to offer their customers the most cost-effective and comprehensive range of equipment of any supplier.
The Reel & Shaft products include:
• Shaft handling & reel handling equipment on lightweight overhead rails or swing jibs
• Reel & Shaft manipulators
• Stacker truck mounted Reel Turners
• Pedestrian operated stackers and Reel & shaft handling trolleys
• Shaftless & shafted reelstands including the Weston Reelstand.
As their PR consultants, we carry out Reel & Shaft’s PR, which includes writing articles and submitting press releases for the trade press in areas such as materials handling, health and safety, industrial, packaging and engineering , and also to the Manchester business press such as Crain’s who most recently featured the appointment of Reel and Shaft’s new operations manager, Tamara Skillin.
