Andrew Penton approached us as he required an established marketing consultancy and PR specialist to help launch his business advocacy firm. We conduct his PR campaigns and manage and develop his website.
Andrew Penton specialises in family businesses and small to medium enterprises. With more than 20 years experience of working in his own family business from shop floor through to Managing Director he is intimately acquainted with the pressures and demands of running a successful company and translates these skills he has aquired through experience to his role as a business advisor.
As head of his family business, Andrew planned its development and expansion, successfully growing revenues from £1 million to £12 million and the workforce from 15 to 180 personnel. During his time, net profits grew to seven figures.
Andrew has been responsible for the planning and execution of many projects during his career and has considerable skills and experience in a wide range of situations, including a deep understanding of a P&L and balance sheet. His high level contact with legal sources, financial advisors, architects, builders, business and IT consultants have given him an excellent wealth of knowledge to draw upon. Skilfully navigating the complex and highly charged challenges that are unique to a family business, often with widely conflicting and passionate views which only a family can generate, Andrew has vast understanding of complex businesses issues and environments, and can provide proactive ways to deal with them.
